nutrition day


The nutritionist came to visit the Mozart School. She was a student from M.I.T.  She talked about how you can live a longer life eating healthy and staying active.  She talked about S.P.A.D.E.S:

  1. Screen time

  2. Plants

  3. Activity

  4. Drinks

  5. Eating out

  6. Sweets

She told us its very important to have goals in all of these categories.
